The Black-and-Yellow Opel Queen of the Mountain Jersey

The Queen of the Mountain Classification rests on points awarded in climbs of three categories:

Cat I  —  7, 5, 3, and 2 points

Cat II  —  5, 3, and 2 points

Cat III  —  3, 2, and 1 point(s)
 

for the first riders to cross the mountain top. In case of identical number of points, the following shall determine:

1. the higher number of wins at climbs of the highest category

2. the higher number of wins at climbs of the second highest category; etc.

3. the higher rank in the individual General Classification
 

The leader in the Queen of the Mountain Classification wears the Black-and-Yellow Opel Queen of the Mountain Jersey.
